ROUTE: Froghall to Cheddleton by steam train, back via part of Staffordshire Moorlands walk, Whitehough Wood, Ipstone, Devils Staircase, Consall, Caldon canal, Froghall.
DISTANCE: 8.5 Miles MAP: OL 24 and Ex 259 GRID: 025 : 470

PARKING: Frogall Station A52
DIRECTIONS: A38 towards Burton upon Trent, A50 towards Uttoxeter, A515 Ashbourne, at Ashbourne take A52 Stoke/Leek, when road splitskeep on A52 Stoke. At Froghall after bus stop on left , over the bridge turn left into railway car park.
INFORMATION: Please allow minimum of two hours for journey (106 miles from Sheldon). Do not come through Cheadle. Fare on train is £4 but we will get a group ticket. tea room and toilets at station.
