ROUTE Winchcombe, Hailes Abbey, Sudeley Castle, Winchcombe.
MAP: Landranger 150 and Pathfinder SP02/12, 1067 and SP03/13 1043.
PARKING; Rear of the Librery, Back Lane , Winchcombe, Pay and Display £1 all day. Tiolets on car park.
Enter Winchcombe on B4632 Gloucester Street, turn left into North Street B 4078 and then left again into Back Lane and Library is on the left.
DETAILS: Fairly easy walk across fields to historic Hailes Abbey with splendid scenery being part of the Cotswold Way, through woods then lanes and tracks past Sudeley Castle back into Winchcombe. A couple of moderate climbs. Sorry no pubs on route but plenty in Winchcombe
on our return.
